At the time of this sites creation, there existed a forum whose intent was to aid in the sharing of information between service committees wherever they were.
No longer would members need to re-create the wheel if the service position they found themselves in was lacking information from past positions, or minutes or, whatever circumstance had them scratching their head looking for help.
My district, District 53, posted all of their materials developed for the New York New Years events, BBQ’s and Tradition Workshops under a section created for our district. As example, materials posted included .docx files and .pdf of posters, agendas, shopping lists and costs, totals, etc… Basically everything related to the event so it could be duplicated by anyone, anywhere, who felt they wanted to give it a go.
Not open to the public, it was only visible to current service members with a login and password.
